KIVU is an informational K-pop event discovery platform. KIVU is designed to help users discover concerts, cupsleeves, pop-ups, fan events, parties, random play dances, markets, festivals, workshops, and local K-pop culture events.
KIVU does not guarantee that any event information displayed on the website is complete, current, accurate, or unchanged. Event details may change at any time.
Unless explicitly stated, KIVU is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to any artists, idols, groups, labels, agencies, management companies, promoters, venues, ticketing platforms, event organizers, fan groups, cafes, shops, or brands.
Artist names, group names, venue names, organizer names, event names, and third-party brand names may be used only for identification and informational event discovery purposes.
Users should always verify event details through the original source before attending, registering, purchasing tickets, or making travel plans.
Users should confirm:
KIVU prioritizes original event sources, including official artist or label pages, ticketing platforms, venue calendars, organizer pages, Instagram posts, Eventbrite pages, and public event pages.
KIVU may link to third-party websites. These links are provided for user convenience and verification. KIVU does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, their content, accuracy, policies, availability, security, ticket sales, registration systems, or user experiences.
Event information may change after it appears on KIVU. Events may be rescheduled, postponed, canceled, sold out, moved to a different venue, changed to a different time, or modified by the organizer without notice to KIVU.
KIVU is not responsible for losses, costs, travel expenses, ticket issues, missed events, denied entry, cancellation disputes, refund problems, or other issues arising from reliance on event information displayed on the platform.
KIVU does not currently sell tickets directly. If users purchase tickets, RSVP, register, or pay for an event through a third-party link, that transaction is between the user and the third-party provider, organizer, venue, or ticketing platform.
Users should review all ticketing terms, refund policies, transfer rules, and event restrictions before making a purchase or registration.
KIVU may allow users or organizers to submit events for review. Submitted events are not automatically approved or published. KIVU may edit, reject, hide, or remove submissions at its discretion.
Submitters are responsible for ensuring that submitted event information is accurate and that they own or have permission to use any submitted content, including descriptions, promotional text, images, posters, logos, and other materials.
KIVU does not claim ownership of third-party artist names, group names, trademarks, logos, copyrighted materials, official images, posters, music, videos, or promotional assets.
KIVU’s early visual direction is based on original gradients, card designs, typography, interface elements, and abstract graphics to reduce intellectual property risk.
If rights holders, organizers, agencies, venues, or users believe that content on KIVU should be corrected, credited, hidden, or removed, they may contact KIVU at hello@kivuevents.com.
KIVU may offer email alert features such as weekly event digests, artist-based event alerts, city-based event alerts, weekend event updates, RSVP alerts, and free event alerts.
Email alerts are provided as an informational convenience. KIVU does not guarantee that alerts will include every relevant event or that alerts will always be delivered before event changes, sellouts, cancellations, or deadlines.
Alerts may be incomplete, delayed, or based on information that has changed since KIVU last reviewed it. Email alerts should not replace checking the original event, ticketing, venue, or organizer source before attending, registering, making travel plans, or purchasing tickets.
You can update KIVU email alert preferences or unsubscribe through the private alert management links included with alert emails. KIVU may keep limited subscription status records to honor unsubscribe choices and avoid sending unwanted alerts.
Information on KIVU is provided for general event discovery and informational purposes only. KIVU does not provide legal, financial, travel, safety, health, or professional advice.
Users are responsible for making their own decisions regarding event attendance, travel, purchases, safety, and participation.
KIVU is an early-stage web service. Features, event coverage, data structure, filters, alerts, account functionality, and platform availability may change over time.
KIVU may update, pause, remove, or change features without prior notice.
By using KIVU, users understand that event information is provided on an “as available” basis and that users should verify important details with original sources before taking action.
KIVU is not responsible for errors, omissions, third-party actions, event changes, event cancellations, personal expenses, travel costs, ticketing issues, safety issues, or any other direct or indirect outcomes related to event discovery or attendance.
