Contact email is collected only for event review, clarification, follow-up, or platform operation purposes. KIVU does not sell personal information.

If users join KIVU Alerts, KIVU may collect and store their email address, favorite artists, favorite cities, selected event types, alert frequency, consent source, consent time, subscription status, and related alert preference records.

Email alert preferences are used to prepare K-pop event digests, city-based alerts, artist-based alerts, weekend alerts, RSVP reminders, and similar KIVU notification features. Users can use private alert management links to update preferences or unsubscribe.

When a user unsubscribes from KIVU Alerts, KIVU may keep a record of the subscription status and unsubscribe time for suppression, compliance, platform safety, and operational recordkeeping. If a user joins again later, KIVU may update the saved preferences and mark the subscription active again.

Submitted event information may be stored, reviewed, edited, and published if approved. Public event information such as event name, date, city, venue, description, and official link may appear on KIVU after review.

KIVU may keep submission records for moderation, spam prevention, platform safety, and operational review.

Users should not submit private home addresses, sensitive personal information, private conversations, copyrighted materials, or information they do not have permission to share.
